Please note: Party Decks are located on top of the east and west Bandstand Concessions buildings. You must select which Party Deck you’d like – east OR west – at time of ticket purchase and you will not be able to switch sides or move to another seating area within the venue after purchasing your Party Deck ticket. Tickets for the Party Deck include concert admission, no additional concert ticket purchase required.

No refunds or exchanges. If a concert is delayed due to weather or any other circumstance, no refunds will be issued. If the concert is rescheduled or canceled, Etix will email ticket purchasers with further information. Ticket holder agrees to comply with all Minnesota State Fair policies and protocols (including health, safety and security) in place at the time of the 2024 State Fair, and acknowledges that policies and protocols may be updated between time of ticket purchase and the State Fair, as the State Fair finalizes its 2024 plans.
